  1. Prescribed medications cannot be returned. Once these medicines leave our premises, we are unable to accept them back. This is a common protocol followed by all pharmacies to ensure the safety and quality of medications.
  2. Non-Prescription Products: We accept returns for non-prescription items that are unopened within 30 days of receipt. Please reach out to our customer service department to commence a return request.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged non-prescription product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange to replace the item without any additional charge.

How to Return a Non-Prescription Item

  1. Within 30 days of order receipt, get in touch with our customer service via email or phone. Our agent will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping details.
  2. Securely package the product, including a copy of the invoice within the parcel.
  3. Dispatch the parcel back to us using a method of shipping that can be traced.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it might take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your original method of payment.
